ND, polarizer, and deadcat. Florida noon is a top light with no fill unless you add it. Keep 1/48 at 24 fps, or 1/50 on some bodies, and put ND in front of the lens so that shutter can stay put. A polarizer cuts glare on water. A shotgun with foam only is still naked. They are three objects, not one filter.
ND so the shutter can stay
ND cuts light. It does not cut glare. If you want 1/48 at noon by the lake, the variable ND is the object. White balance at 5600 K unless you are under tungsten.

Polarizer on water
Lake Eola’s sidewalk is 0.9 mile. Glare on the fountain is a polarizer job. Stack it with ND only if you already know the exposure. They are not the same filter.

Wind order is foam, then fur
A deadcat over foam is the outdoor mic kit. Position and a high-pass come after. Canon, Sony, and Panasonic print operating-temperature ranges on their own sheets. Condensation is the walk from AC to the lake. Bag the body, wait, then take the cap off.
